Made-to-order items
Most of our products are 3D-printed to order after you buy them. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Change of mind is not accepted for these items.

Standard (non-custom) items: 30-day returns
Items that were not custom-made or made to order for you can be returned within 30 days after you receive them. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. For these change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at Ryan@RenderandRaster.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. You won't pay any shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If we need the item back, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Minor layer lines, seams, and small surface variations are normal for 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.

How to start a return
Email Ryan@RenderandRaster.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Because most items are made to order, we may start production shortly after you order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can't guarantee changes once production has started.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Ryan@RenderandRaster.com.
