Welcome to Render & Raster. Render & Raster is a brand operated by Double R Creations and Designs LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Render & Raster and Double R Creations and Designs LLC.

We operate this website and online store, including the related information, products, content, features, tools, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when making a purchase or creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable law through your use of the Services.

  1. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because many Render & Raster products are 3D printed or laser engraved, minor variations may occur between products. Variations can include layer lines, wood grain, color, texture, dimensions, or other characteristics associated with the manufacturing process and materials.

Colors and product appearance may also vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, material batch, or available supplies.

Many products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse a sale when reasonably necessary.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many products are made to order, personalized, or custom-produced, we may begin production shortly after an order is placed. Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed once production begins.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or errors in product or customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount.

We may contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing address, or shipping information provided with your order.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, products, and promotions may change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, and other charges will be calculated or disclosed when available. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees charged by their country or jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy:

Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order. Personalized, customized, and certain made-to-order products may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Render & Raster name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, videos, artwork, downloadable materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Double R Creations and Designs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our content is provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture from, sell, publish, display, or commercially exploit our content or product designs without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights or grant permission to reproduce, scan, mold, copy, or commercially manufacture that product.

Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display content you voluntarily submit for purposes related to operating and promoting Render & Raster, unless prohibited by law.

You may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, obscene, or malicious content, or content containing viruses or other harmful code.

  1. OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include links, applications, payment services, social-media features, or other tools provided by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or business practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

  1. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Render & Raster, operated by Double R Creations and Designs LLC.

Shopify provides the technology used to operate the store but is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, injuries, damages, or losses arising from a transaction with Render & Raster.

Shopify may collect and process information related to your use of the store as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy notices.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy:

Because Shopify hosts our store, information submitted through the Services may be collected, processed, and shared with Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, understand store usage, and provide relevant services.

  1. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, availability, dimensions, photographs, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, the canceled amount will be refunded.

You may not use the Services:

• To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Render & Raster, Double R Creations and Designs LLC, Shopify, and their respective owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will remain effective.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision later.

These Terms, together with the policies linked within them and any additional terms presented in connection with a product or promotion, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Services.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving the location where Double R Creations and Designs LLC is headquartered, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
